We are proud to announce that our software PRODON has officially received approval from the Cyber Defense Operational Center (COCD) on December 9, 2024. This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to the security and protection of our users' data. 

 

Through rigorous penetration testing conducted on our web services, hosted services, and the PRODON application, we have demonstrated our ability to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities in line with the COCD's high standards. 

 

Institutions and organizations now have access to this certification through an internal registry provided by the COCD. This ensures quick and efficient validation during the acquisition process by institutions within the Quebec healthcare network. The certification is valid from December 9, 2024, to December 9, 2025. 

 

We continue to prioritize security to ensure the trust and satisfaction of our partners.

Arrival of Ticketing on the PRODON Software

Ticketing is now available on JeDonneEnLigne! Whether for your events or raffle ticket sales, this new feature allows you to provide a simple and smooth experience for your participants, while optimizing the management of your campaigns. 

 

Two types of tickets are available for maximum flexibility. Raffle tickets benefit from automatic sequential numbering, and the numbers can be sent directly via email, simplifying their management. As for event participation tickets, they include automatic sequential numbering, a unique printable QR code for each ticket, as well as tools to easily manage attendance on the day of the event. These features ensure a seamless and modern experience for both organizers and participants.
