ProDon License (Standard Edition)
ProDon is a complete and detailed database containing all of your organization’s contacts (donors, volunteers, members, employees, suppliers, etc.).
A standard ProDon license meets your every need related to donor and donation management. It is specifically designed to manage campaigns and fundraising activities (including participant management). It also allows you to manage mailings, deposits, tax receipts, acknowledgement letters, and produce reports and customized lists.
ProDon retains the entire history (donations received, canvassing, event participants, etc.) and offers an integrated task manager (CRM). The CRM ensures contact follow-ups, as well as enables you to create internal tasks for employees.

A standard ProDon license allows you to manage your deposits and produce a detailed report by G/L account. The Accounting Integration module exports the results of this report into your accounting software and records the entries in the corresponding G/L accounts.
This module is recommended for organizations with a large number of G/L accounts. It saves time by eliminating the need to re-enter G/L entries in your accounting software.
